– How much time does the application take to process?
The Business Work Permit takes anywhere from four to six months for approval. PR application takes a maximum of six months from application. You can enter Canada with your family (Spouse + kids below 22 years of age, as soon as your work permit is approved.
– All How long before I become a citizen of Canada?
As per the current immigration policy a landed immigrant has to live in Canada for at least 3 years to be eligible for citizenship.
– Does my entire family qualify if I do?
Your spouse or common – law – partner and your unmarried children who are under the age of 23 will be included in the application.
– Will my kids be given free education on my Work Permit approval?
Yes, schooling is free in Canada, your kids may join a public school without any issues. A study permit may be required in some cases, which is a formality requirement.
