    Ontario Provincial Nominee Program (OINP)

    Through OINP, prospective immigrants with the skills and experience targeted by the province may receive an Ontario Provincial Nomination Certificate, which will allow that foreign national to apply for Canadian Permanent Residence.

    The OINP applications fall under the following immigration categories:

    Human Capital Priorities Stream:

    This stream enables the OINP to nominate individuals who are eligible to enter the federal Express Entry pool and who have the required education, skilled work experience, language ability, and other characteristics to help them successfully establish and integrate into Ontario’s labour market and communities.

    French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream:
    The Ontario French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream is for French-Speaking skilled workers who have strong English language abilities and willing to live and work permanently in Ontario.

    International Students Category

    This category is especially designed for the International Students who have completed their education in Canada.

    • International Student with a Job Offer Stream — this sub-category was created to help employers recruit international students. It is open to Ontario employers and students with job offers in the province.
    • International PhD Graduate Stream — this sub-category targets individuals who have graduated from a PhD program at one of Ontario’s publicly funded universities. A job offer is not required.
    • International Masters Graduate Stream — this sub-category, targets individuals who have graduated with a Master’s degree from one of Ontario’s publicly funded universities. A job offer is not required.
    • In-Demand Skills Stream – this sub-category targets individuals who have a full-time job offer for an indeterminate duration in one of the eligible occupations in NOC Skill level C or D

    Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program (SINP)

    The Saskatchewan International Nominee Program (SINP) offers you a way to immigrate to Canada through this program. The province of Saskatchewan identifies and nominates foreign nationals who have work experience in specific in-demand jobs and who are willing to settle in the province.

    International Skilled Worker: Occupation In-Demand and Saskatchewan Express Entry

    Occupation In-Demand sub-category is for skilled workers who:

    • Don’t have a job offer in Saskatchewan but are highly-skilled in an in-demand occupation in the province, and
    • Meet the sub-category criteria. Criteria can change at any time, but we’ll use what was on this website when we received your complete application.

    Saskatchewan Express Entry

    This sub-category is for skilled workers who:

    • Want to live and work in Saskatchewan;
    • Are in the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Express Entry Pool; and
    • Meet the sub-category criteria. Criteria can change at any time, but we’ll use what was on this website when we received your complete application.

    You may qualify for these sub-categories if you live outside Canada or have proof of legal status in Canada, are not a refugee claimant and:

    • Score a minimum of 60 points out of 100 on the SINP point assessment grid;
    • Have a language score of at least Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4.
    • Have completed post-secondary education
    • Have at least one-year work experience in the past 10 years that is included in the in-demand occupation list
    • Show proof of Professional Status or Licensure
    • Have proof of settlement funds and a settlement plan.

    Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program

    Nova Scotia Express Entry streams help highly skilled individuals who has a permanent offer of employment from a Nova Scotia employer or has an ability to attach quickly to Nova Scotia’s Labor Market.

    Nova Scotia Express Entry stream is aligned with Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s Express Entry intake system and one can apply to the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration or Nova Scotia Office of Immigration will send invitation to the candidates in the Express Entry pool. Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program is broadly divided in to two categories:

    To apply under this program, you must:

    • have a profile registered in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s Express Entry system;
    • score 67 points or more on the stream’s six selection factors;
    • have at least 1 year of skilled work experience in one of our target occupations;
    • have a Canadian high school credential or equivalent;
    • prove language ability in English or French at Canadian Language Benchmark 7;
    • Show enough financial resources to successfully settle in Nova Scotia.
