We are pleased to inform you that the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program (QIIP) new intake period has been announced and the government will start receiving applications from May 29, 2017 to February 23, 2018.
The program reopens with maximum quota of 1,900 files, from which a maximum of 1,330 applications from foreign nationals from P.R. China, (including Hong Kong and Macao). Applicants with advanced intermediate knowledge of French, demonstrated by a standardised test recognised by the Ministère, are not subject to these rules and can submit their application at any time until March 31, 2018.
