From 2015-2016 to 2020-2021, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has increased the spending budget to $3.16 billion. The spending budget does not include locally engaged staff and funding that IRCC permanently transferred to Global Affairs Canada (GAC) for operations abroad.
