Ottawa has removed pre-entry test requirements for fully vaccinated travellers
As of April 1, 2022, the Government of Canada no longer requires fully vaccinated travellers to provide a pre-entry COVID-19 test result to enter Canada. Fully vaccinated travellers still must provide proof of vaccination and all other mandatory information through the ArriveCAN app. Partially-vaccinated or unvaccinated travellers 5 years of age or older will have to follow pre-entry testing requirements. Travellers, as well as returning Canadian residents who arrive in Canada without completing their ArriveCAN submission, have to test on arrival and quarantine for 2 weeks, regardless of their vaccination status.
