Economic immigrants living in the southern Ontario have the best chances to find an employment
Many economic immigrants to Canada found it difficult to obtain employment that properly utilized their educational and professional skills while they were living in their home countries. With the labour shortages exacerbated by the lockdowns, border restrictions, and other health measures implemented during the epidemic, things have changed, and now they are obtaining better employment opportunities. The COVID-19 crisis has benefited economic immigrants settling in northern Ontario’s central region, where they are now more likely to find employment that is better suited to their foreign credentials and experience.
