As per the latest USCIS Ombudsman Report, the statistics released are pretty disturbing.
According to the report, a total of 58,034 EB-5 petitions are on file with USCIS, and 30,000 people with approved l-526s are waiting for immigrant visas.
The new version of l-526 form has been issued which must be used starting August 28, 2017.
